How do I get MyDaycareOnline on my mobile device?
Our site is mobile friendly, and should be usable on any recent smartphone. If you want to create a link on your home screen, follow these directions:
- iPhone or other iOs devices:
- Browse to the site
- Tap the Share button
- Tap Add to Home Screen
- Android device with Chrome
- Browse to the site
- Tap the three dots in the top right
- Tap Add to Home Screen
Either method should give you a nice MyDaycareOnline icon similar to this on your home screen.
How do I reset my password?
If you forget your password, you can reset it here. You will be required to enter the email address that you used to create your account. Our system will then email you a password reset link to that email address.
How does your pricing work?
Our current pricing is $9.99CAD per month, 20 active children included. Each set of 10 children beyond the initial 20 will be charged an additional $5.00CAD per month.
What counts as an Active Child?
Any child that is not deleted counts as an active child. You can delete a child and reactivate that child later if you wish. This is common for children who are only at a facility during summer school vacation months.
How do you keep my data safe?
We know that the data you enter is very important, and contains sensitive private information. To keep it safe we host it all in Microsoft's Canadian data center. It's all stored encrypted at rest. Backups are automatic.
Can I get my data?
Of course! It's yours, we don't lock you into our system. Contact us through the homepage, and we will get it to you!
